oy vey isimier (interjection)
Definition: anything you want, generally expressing a negative emotion.
Can express anything from tiredness to sadness to martyrdom to anger to annoyance and son on.
Listed as very strong, but it's all contextual (the stronger the emotion, though, the more appropriate one of the longer forms is).

"Oy vey, look at what she is wearing?" "Your mother-in-law is moving
in? Oy vey ismier, I'm so sorry."
